S'more Dip

We have a firepit in our backyard that our kids love to roast S'mores on.  It is a good alternative to dragging them into the woods every weekend to camp and having to listen to my 3 year olds "noises" all night. (I love him.  But not when I have to sleep 1 foot from him.)

Some days though?  We are even too lazy to gather the wood and light up the firepit.  This snack is great for those times.  Just make sure you have lots of people to share it with, because it is dangerous and it disappears alarmingly fast.

S'more Dip
Recipe from Tablespoon

-1 1/2 cups Guittard semisweet chocolate chips
-1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
-1/2 cup marshmallow creme
-Graham crackers, or graham cracker sticks, for dipping

In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk for 1-2 minutes, stirring at intervals, until melted smooth.

Pour mixture into a pie plate or small casserole dish and smooth the top.

Drop tablespoons of the marshmallow creme over the top, and microwave dish for 30 seconds.  Use a knife to swirl the softened marshmallow creme into the chocolate until you have a pretty patterned appearance.

Serve immediately with graham crackers, or graham cracker sticks.
